Steam Games in India to Get More Expensive, as Valve Updates Regional Pricing Recommendations

Valve has updated its Steam regional pricing recommendations, everywhere outside the US. In India, PC game prices will go up by 85 percent, raising a Rs. 1,299 game to Rs. 2,400. Valve has specifically stated that the new regional pricing policies are simply recommendations, and that developers have complete control over what amount they list their games at.
